Our teens program is designed for individuals between 12-17 years of age and who are eager to learn and grow as athletes and make fitness an important part of their life!
The program is a combination of age appropriate gymnastics and weight lifting performed as skills, then incorporated into the 'work out of the day' at high intensity to reach optimal metabolic conditioning.
Our ultimate goal for this program is to create an environment where teens are comfortable with their surroundings, their coach, and themselves. We strive to help young individuals build self-confidence and physical ability, all while developing a life-long love for fitness and healthy living!

With all the benefits of our teen program, the Tweens & Kids classes are specifically designed for their respective age groups.
Tweens (ages 9-12)
Lil Ninjas (ages 5-8)
45 minutes of obstacle & circuit training.
