During your personal training session, you’ll learn how to lift properly with great form as well as how to maximize your efforts in the gym. Our personal training programs are suitable for all levels of fitness and exercise experience and designed on an individual basis. No program is ‘one size fits all’. If you have a specific training goal or feel intimidated by a class, this is a great place to start. We offer 1on1, 1on2 and 1on3 options.


This is a great option if you are looking to improve your performance in CrossFit classes or have a specific fitness goal in mind. Our Personal Program Design starts with a private session with one of our coaches to understand your strengths, weaknesses and goals. Keeping this in mind, a program will then be created to help you reach your desired outcome. You will then have another session with your coach to review the program, learn the movements and ensure you are doing them correctly and safely in order to achieve maximum results.
