CrossFit & Endurance

Most classes begin with either Power Lifting, weightlifting AND/OR gymnastics skills. The strength  and skill portion is generally followed by a MET-CON. A 5-20 minute Blast using 2-5 cardio based exercises. These classes are challenging and ever changing – Expect the unexpected!

Our 1-hour CrossFit classes are offered several times each day. Check out our class schedule to find one that works for you. 


Are you ready to ignite your metabolism with 40-50 continuous minutes of intense calorie burning?


Then get in on our Endurance Class featuring a long mash-up, a chipper or a fiery AMRAP style WOD! It's a get in and go format best suited for people with some CrossFit experience.
