Summer Programs & Classes
Classes begin with either power lifting, weightlifting AND/OR gymnastics skills, followed by MET-CON. A 5-20 minute blast using 2-5 cardio based exercises. These classes are challenging and ever changing – Expect the unexpected!

Push, pull, squat and press – all at a level that is appropriate and safe for you. You will be under the supervision and guidance of highly knowledgeable and experienced personal trainers – all who have worked with individuals well over the age of 50.

Learn how to lift properly with great form as well as how to maximize your efforts in the gym. Our personal training programs are suitable for all levels of fitness and exercise experience and designed on an individual basis.
TWEENS: 4 p.m. (Tues, Thurs)
Teens are welcome to attend any regular class during the summer months using their TEENS membership.
Build confidence, physical ability & a lifelong love of fitness! Our teen & tween classes are a combo of age appropriate gymnastics and weight lifting performed as skills, which are incorporated into the 'work out of the day' at high intensity to reach optimal metabolic conditioning.
