CROSSFIT LONGEVITY

Push, pull, squat and press – all at a level that is appropriate and safe for you. You will be under the supervision and guidance of a Physiotherapist and highly knowledgeable and experienced personal trainers – all who have worked with individuals well over the age of 50.

Here’s what you’ll get:

  • Twice-weekly (or up to 5 per week) sessions led by Physiotherapist, Teresa Waser, MScPT & Brad Bendfeld, CFL2

  • Intake assessment by physiotherapist prior to start of the program, to be conducted at RX Physiotherapy, 4704 53 Ave, Leduc.

  • Information and instruction on mobility exercises to improve your flexibility

  • Instruction on progressive strengthening exercises, matched to your level
